Don't worry Sakamoto Days, I've always seen you as good since your beginnings, I don't care about the animation, the story is more important than that and wow, they turned out excellent. ❤
Unfortunately the entire animation and style isnt like this but thats fine, what matters is that it still gives the soul of the story telling as the manga. I mean for crying out loud ive liked some anime where the animation is complete horseshit and i tolerated it too

And no one seems to care. Explosions, wrecked buses, car crashes, people just…. live. and it's basically never explained. I love it.
Went from Durarara like opening to having its own style they should’ve done this type of creativity to begin with. Can’t argue I do enjoy the first op song.

The op song itself isn't my cup of tea its not bad its just not my genre even in Japanese its too jazzy for my taste its not awful but its not my go to. The visuals themselves solid especially the 4th wall break with the credits being used as a weapon you don't see that and was a nice touch the song choice killed it for me its like having a twisted metal trailer with opera in the backround it could work but shouldn't be the first choice
