Is it me or this sounds a bit like an ace attorney ost?
Bount Arc (earliest I 100% remember was Mayuri vs. Sawatari, then Uryuu vs. Yoshi, then Ichigo vs. Kariya, the last round), Arrancar Arc (Rukia helping Ichigo regain just a bit of self-confidence), Hueco Mundo Arc (Ichigo vs. Grimmjow Round 3), Fake Karakura Arc (I vividly remember it playing when Shuhei killed Findorr).
This song probably did first play in the Bount Arc, and has become a staple since.
Those who don’t fear the Weapon they wield have no right to wield it☠️
I remember this most when everyone was in Hueco Mundo getting "supposedly killed" and it was just showing them one by one getting killed.
This song kills me as Kariya asks Byakuya if he's there to avenge his sister, then the camera faces Byakuya.. as it play's. Top scene.

The Beginning reminds me on the "sunken temple" theme from the FF1 GameBoy Advanced game.
When i was reading the manga i saw the Bazz B death with this soundtrack, i always relate the 1:15 part with the scene when he gets his arm cut😢
